Q: When I click and embed an attachment link, I sometimes get the following error message:

A: This is normal when viewing conversations you are not part of. Please use the Attachments link located below the message area to view or download these attachments.
This add-on is designed for administrators to search and view all conversations.
Features:
- Search by conversation title or message content.
- Search by keyword.
- Search by username.
- Show latest conversations.
- Delete conversations.
- View and download attachments.
- Report chat messages.
- All phrases start with conversationsearchplus_ for your convenience.
- Normally, the Administrative group should be set to Yes.
- Click on the visitor tab.
- Click the 'Show all...' link.
- Click on the Conversation search plus link.
