XF Addon [2.3.X] [cXF] Sticky Create Button - Add a pin creation button for XenForo 2.2 1.4.3

Show create pin button in some places with some additional features.

Features:

• enable pinned topic button (enable it separately for mobile devices) on forum list
• enable pinned topic button (enable it separately for mobile devices) on forum view
• enable/disable default post topic button in forum title on forum view
• Set the number of threads for the forum view when to show the pin button
• enable pinned topic post button in topic title on thread view
• enable reply to pinned post button in thread title on thread view
• enable pinned post reply button (enable it separately for mobile) on thread view
• Set post reply button action:
  • scroll to quick reply box when button is clicked
  • open reply box on new page
