This is a utility that helps you customize some features in the ACP admin page, for Xenforo 2. Specifically as follows:

Change logo and center logo when logged into ACP admin page.
Remove the copyright information line interfered by 3rd party addons, instead you can add/edit the copyright line at the footer in ACP.

Add the Customize Member admin permission to be able to choose which admins are affected by this addon. Specifically, without the Customize Member permission , the Administrator member will not be able to:

Delete member account.
Add new member.
Edit your own account and other Administrator members' accounts, can only edit regular members' and Moderators' accounts.
Export list of all members.
