Displays:

Current time
Time of day icon
Block position (selection):
In the forum header
At the top of the sidebar
At the bottom of the sidebar
Block style settings:
Background for the sidebar block that changes by time of day:
Four preset sets;
Ability to set your own background images;
Ability to set the color of the time of day icons
Made based on moment.js. There are basic settings (change location) and style settings.
